A number of good situations line up here that favor dogs of 4.5+ and winning teams off a home win. Romeo Crennel has reason to win in the preseason. As a new coach, he wants to get the team thinking with a winning attitude. And, as a coach taking over a poor team, every win helps with confidence. This line is just too big. Cleveland for one star.
