Washington at New York

The Washington Mystics are rapidly gaining on Tulsa for the worst WNBA record over the last two seasons. The Mystics are now 11-48 in their last 59 games. One of their five wins was their best game of the year when they went into the Big Apple and trounced the unsuspecting Liberty by 17 points. I think that New York will have something to say about that this afternoon. For the most part, Washington has simply not been competitive on the road, where they have dropped 8 of their last 11 by double-digits. The Mystics haven't exactly stepped-it-up vs. bad teams as they are 3-9 ATS in their last 12 when facing a team with a losing record. The Mystics may have got the last one in New York, but their history shows they are 4-10 ATS here in their last 14, and new York will be in an angry mood to exact revenge here. Play on the Liberty.
