New York at Indiana

The New York Liberty has all the pieces to make a strong run in the WNBA Eastern Conference, and beyond. They added what they think was the missing link in Tina Charles. Charles gives them a rim protector inside on the defensive end, and averages a double-double as well. While they are just 2-3 on the season, they own a 2-1 ATS mark as a dog, and the 2-3 record is going to hold the line down as two of the three losses were against teams that were unbeaten at the time. Indiana is also 2-3 on the season, and one of the wins was vs. 1-5 Connecticut, who was the worst team in the WNBA a year ago and looks like it again this season. The Liberty is 4-1 ATS in their last five after a loss, and the Fever is just 2-5 ATS off a win. Think the better team is the dog here. Go with New York in this one.
