The WNBA is really an unbalanced league this season. All the power lies in the Western Conference, but it is concentrated to two teams - the Phoenix Mercury and the Minnesota Lynx. Those two teams have more combined wins than the other four Western Conference teams. The lone power in the East lies with the Atlanta Dream. The Dream is alone in the Eastern Conference at 17-12 as the only team above .500. The tendency would be to discount the Dream's success because they play a schedule of mostly losing teams from the East. The fact is that the Dream lost to Minnesota in OT and to Phoenix by just 8, and owns a 6-3 straight-up mark vs. the West. Los Angeles has underachieved all season, and the Dream have had success in the West. Go with Atlanta on the moneyline.
