Sometimes a team on a bad run needs a spark. The Wings are expected to attempt to get that spark from Filip Zadina, the sixth overall pick in last year's entry draft. Zadina was called up on Saturday. He won't play the rest of the season at this level, but the changeup could provide some energy in this game. The Red Wings have dropped eight of 10 games and will be playing with some urgency here. The Sharks may take them lightly as they are playing the second game of a back-to-back here. San Jose's offense is of course very good, but their defense is very suspect, especially on the road where they are allowing 3.5 goals per game. In non-conference games this season, San Jose is just 12-15. Take the home team at the really attractive price.
