Colorado at Los Angeles

The Kings have managed just 15 points on the season and have really struggled to find the net. The Kings are averaging just 1.5 goals per game over their last five, and not too many games are going to be won asking the defense to be nearly flawless. The defense has been great, having held five of their last eight opponents to a goal or less. Colorado has snapped out of a five-game winless streak and has now gotten back on track with wins in three of their last four. The difference is that the Avalanche have been a lot more consistent in finding the net enough to win, and with the Kings defending well but unable to find the net, it is easier to trust Colorado to poke in the winning goal in what looks like a low-scoring game.
