Case Keenum has been named the starter for the Washington Redskins as they open the season in Philadelphia vs. the Eagles. Keenum will start for his sixth team in five years. Keenum had a big year for Minnesota in 2017 and threw for more yards in Denver a season ago, so he is certainly capable. The Eagles have Carson Wentz back and he has missed a lot of time with injuries. Last season the Eagles won 10 games overall but were just 5-6 behind Wentz as he threw 12 fewer TDs in just two fewer games than in 2017. NFL division games with a line of more than +7 points have been blindly profitable for the dogs as these teams know each other's tendencies very well since meeting twice a season.
