Washington is 1-5 straight-up on the road for this huge divisional showdown with first place at stake. The Redskins have "surged" into first place, but let's calm down a bit. They have done it with a two-game win streak in this bad division, beating the Bears and Bills. They also had a big game at home prior to that against divisional foe Dallas and lost 19-16 as a favorite against a team with no offense. Washington ranks #25 in the NFL in yards allowed. They face a strong Philadelphia ground attack and the Redskins are #28 at stopping the run. The Redskins are 19-40-3 ATS against a team with a losing record and also have a weak offense at #25 in yards. They face a Philadelphia team that is 2-1 since QB Sam Bradford came back. The Eagles are off a blowout loss to Arizona, a top team. The last time they got blown out they lost 45-14 at Detroit, then bounced back the next week by winning at defending champion New England, 35-28, as a +10 dog. Bradford had a big day against Washington when they met earlier in the season, throwing for 270 yards, three TDs and no picks in a 23-20 Washington win. That game went UNDER the total and the weather for Philly Saturday night is cool and rainy. That will aid the Eagles' ground attack in a defensive battle again. Take Philadelphia on the moneyline and play the UNDER.
