San Francisco is giddy with the prospect of Jimmy Garoppolo becoming a franchise quarterback, but the 49ers are favored this week and they are 0-8 ATS in that situation dating to previous seasons. Tennessee has still won six of its last eight games and the Titans are 5-2-1 OVER their last eight games after scoring fewer than 15 points in their previous game. Also, the Titans are 11-5-1 OVER their last 17 games after a loss dating to the last two seasons. The 49ers are #25 defensively, allowing 351.8 yards per game and they give up an average of 24.2 points, which is only #23 in the league.
