Even after scoring a season-high 31 points against the Browns last week, the Titans still have the worst offense in the NFL. Tennessee ranks either last or second-to-last in nearly all of the major offensive categories, including scoring, total yards, passing, and rushing. The Titans were averaging fewer than 15 points per game before their outburst against the Browns, a clear outlier. The well-coached 49ers defense has allowed an average of only 13 points per game over their last three games, against the Browns, Panthers, and Cardinals. Titans rookie quarterback Cam Ward has been sacked 49 times, most in the NFL. San Francisco missed a season-high 15 tackles in its last game, but should be much sharper and fresher on Sunday following its bye week. San Francisco held Carolina to nine points in its previous home game. The 49ers are likely to run a lot while not showing much offensively, knowing they are playing a Titans team tied for the worst record in the NFL at 2-11. Take the UNDER.
