Tennessee at Jacksonville

The Titans have to go with their third choice at QB here in Charlie Whitehurst. But, is Blake Bortles any better? Bortles has only eight touchdowns to 15 interceptions in his 11 starts this season. He owns the absolute worst quarterback rating the league and to make matters worse, Bortles is playing with an injured foot. Charlie Whitehurst has never put up stats that bad but he will struggle here as well. Tennessee is averaging 16.5 point per game this season while Jacksonville is getting even less at 15.1 per game. The Jags are 7-3 UNDER in their last 10 and 4-2 UNDER at home this season while the Titans are 8-6 to the UNDER this season including 4-3 UNDER on the road. These offenses are horrible here and in a quarterback-driven league, these two QBs are near the botom. Take the UNDER.
