San Francisco at Los Angeles

Los Angeles has won five in a row and can clinch the NFC West with a win over the 49ers or a Cardinals loss. San Francisco needs either a win over the Rams or a loss by the Saints to even be in the playoffs, so the motivation factor is on the 49ers' side. They come off a 23-7 win over Houston as rookie Trey Lance threw two second-half touchdown passes in his second start for the 49ers. Lance threw for 249 yards on 16 of 23 with one interception. Jimmy Garoppolo returned to practice as he continues to treat a thumb injury and plans on playing. The Rams eked out a 20-19 victory at Baltimore while overcoming three turnovers by Matthew Stafford, who threw a 7-yard pass to Odell Beckham, Jr. with 57 seconds left. The Ravens played without Lamar Jackson and blew a 16-7 lead. San Francisco has won the last five meetings, including 31-10 on Nov. 15, and the 49ers are 6-0 ATS in their last six January games. The Rams are 1-4 ATS their last five versus teams with winning records and 6-2 OVER against winning teams. Also, the OVER is 8-3 in the Niners' last 11 games after an ATS win.
