San Francisco's offense came alive in its 41-39 loss to the Rams and the 49ers will have three extra days to prepare while Arizona is playing on a short week after its 28-17 loss on Monday night. Brain Hoyer was 23-of-37 for 332 yards and two touchdowns as Kyle Shanahan attempts to turn around the Niners' fortunes on offense in his first year as coach. Carlos Hyde rushed for 84 yards on 25 carries as the Niners featured a more balanced offense that nearly pulled out a win by scoring 19 fourth quarter points. Arizona missed a big opportunity in the first half, which turned the momentum in Dallas' favor and the Cowboys went on to a 28-17 win while sacking Carson Palmer six times. The Cardinals managed only 49 rushing yards on 21 carries and now are 1-2 on the season. San Francisco has covered the number in four of its last five dating to last season while the Cardinals are 1-4 ATS their last five home games. Also, Arizona's meager output on the ground on Monday does not bode well as the Cardinals are just 1-10 ATS after finishing with fewer than 90 rushing yards in their previous game. San Francisco's improvement on offense and the scheduling advantage gives the edge to the visitors. Take the 49ers.
