Defending Super Bowl champion Philadelphia Eagles have been playing like anything but the champions, especially on offense, as they have averaged just 15.5 points in four games and have lost the last two to Dallas and Chicago. The Bears outgained them 425-317 in their 24-15 victory last week. Jalen Hurts completed 19 of 34 for 230 yards and two TDs with an interception. Saquon Barkley was held in check again with 56 yards on 13 carries. The Eagles are also having trouble on the other side of the ball, as they are #22 in sacks with 24, which is good news for Justin Herbert, who will be playing despite having surgery to repair a broken bone in his non-throwing hand. The Eagles will be without star defensive lineman Jalen Carter, who is out due to shoulder surgery. Los Angeles has won four of five following its 31-14 rout of the Raiders, who were limited to 31 yards rushing on 18 carries.
