Las Vegas is 3-0, but two of the wins have been in overtime and the other was against a depleted and struggling Pittsburgh Steelers team. The Raiders continue to get off to slow starts and have gone scoreless on opening drives for nine straight games dating to last season. Los Angeles could be 3-0 if not for a turnover-filled game resulting in a 20-17 loss to Dallas in Week 2. Justin Herbert went 26 of 38 for 281 yards and four touchdowns with no interceptions in last week's win over Kansas City, while Mike Williams caught seven passes for 122 yards for the Chargers. Herbert has passed for 956 yards and six TDs with only three picks on the season, and last year he threw for 640 yards and four TDs in two games against the Raiders. Derek Carr has thrown for 1,203 yards while completing 64.7 percent of his passes, and is arguably off to the best start of his career. The Chargers won the last meeting 30-27 in overtime when Herbert threw for 314 yards and two touchdowns.
