Kansas City at New York

The New York Jets have gone OVER in four of their last five games while giving up an average of 25.4 points, including last week's 35-27 loss to Carolina when the teams combined for 27 points in the fourth quarter. Josh McCown was 19-of-36 for 307 yards and three touchdowns and the Jets actually outyarded the Panthers 391-299. The Jets are ranked #19 in the NFL in yards allowed and they have gone OVER their last four games when following a loss. Also, New York has gone OVER four of its last five home games and four of five against teams with winning records dating to last season. Kansas City is #28 defensively in yards allowed and allowing 21.5 points per contest. The Chiefs are 9-2 ATS their last 11 games after scoring fewer than 15 their previous game as they try to snap a three-game losing streak. Also, Kansas City is 9-3 ATS its last 12 road games and it easily won and covered last year's meeting. Alex Smith has taken some heat lately for his team's offensive struggles, but the Chiefs are a couple of big plays away from softening the defenses and opening up a better running game.
