Indianapolis has lost three in a row facing tough defenses in Tennessee, Washington and New England. They finally catch a break facing a struggling Raiders team. The Raiders stumble home from a lousy two-game road trip losing both as chalk at New Orleans (24-0) and at Jacksonville (27-20) - and the Jaguars had lost five in a row. The Raiders have been favored six times this season and have lost five straight up. The defense is No. 27 in yards allowed, No. 26 in points surrendered (25.1 ppg), and No. 30 on third down, while the offense is No. 21 on third down (37.8%). This should allow Indy's struggling offense to score enough to keep this close. The Colts are 21-6 ATS on the road against teams that force one or fewer turnovers game. Las Vegas is 47-93 ATS against losing teams, 55-80 ATS at home after playing their last game on the road, plus 20-40 ATS at home after getting 75 or fewer rushing yards in the last contest. Eight of the Colts' nine games this season have seen the UNDER cash.
