Cleveland at Baltimore

Cleveland won an ugly game against the Lions on Sunday, and now the Browns get to play a team that is as banged up as they are in the Ravens, who squeaked out a 16-13 win at Chicago without Lamar Jackson. He has returned to practice after an undisclosed illness, but it's unknown if he'll be 100%, even he does play. Baltimore has split its last two games, including a 22-10 loss to Miami as an 8.5-point favorite, and the Ravens now are just 2-4 ATS in their last six games. The last two of those games went UNDER by an average of 12.5 points. The Browns stayed UNDER by 20 points against Detroit as the defense was able to concentrate on the running game with the Lions playing a backup quarterback. Cleveland has not allowed more than 16 points in four of its last five games, and the Ravens are 15-5 UNDER after giving up fewer than 15 points their previous game. Also, Baltimore is 2-9 ATS in its last 11 games versus AFC North teams and 6-19-1 ATS in its last 26 November games. Baker Mayfield is likely to play even with numerous injuries.
