Chicago at Detroit

Detroit has two new coordinators, and it showed as the Lions looked out of sync on both sides of the ball while losing 27-13 to Green Bay. It will take a few games to adjust to the new systems, especially on offense. The Lions were limited to 46 yards rushing, and although Jared Goff threw for 225 yards, they didn't get into the end zone until the final minute. That was a far cry from Detroit's high-powered offense in 2024. Ben Johnson will face his former team after a rough opener on Monday night. Chicago blew a 17-6 lead and lost 27-24 while outgaining the Vikings 318-254. Johnson made some rookie mistakes with timeouts, but the Bears still were in position to win most of the game. Detroit is 1-4 ATS in its past five home games and 1-4 ATS overall in Week 2. It's a double-revenge spot for Chicago, which lost both meetings last year, including 23-20 on Thanksgiving Day due to atrocious time management. Take the Bears.
