Atlanta has already played four games and has not shown up for any of them at 0-4 and getting beat by a 22-14.5 average. The defense had its worst showing in their only road game, giving up 34 points at Miami. There's no use risking injuries to established QBs Matt Ryan and Matt Schaub, so the offense will be run by unimpressive Matt Simms and Danny Etling. After losing 19-7 at home last week, Falcons coach Dan Quinn is now 5-15 straight-up in preseason. Jacksonville is also winless but there is a lot of optimism, with new QB Nick Foles finally seeing action last week and a defense that is loaded with talent. Backup QB Gardner Minshew has thrown for 202 and 141 yards the last two weeks with no interceptions. Jacksonville shut down Tampa Bay on the road (25-10) in Week 4 last season and two years ago shut down this Atlanta (13-7) squad in the preseason finale, so back the home team. Play Jacksonville.
