Miami is 0-4 and sits 13th in the East. The first two losses were ugly, 131-106 to Minnesota and 128-111 to Detroit. The last two were not: 115-110 at Charlotte and 113-109 against Dallas, a game the Heat lost after blowing a fourth-quarter lead. Giannis Antetokounmpo scored 35, 36 and 29 in three of the four games. Davion Mitchell had 22 at Charlotte and 21 against Dallas, and Bobby Portis adds 10.3 points and 8.0 rebounds off the bench. Over the four games Miami has scored 109 points per game and allowed 121.8. Bam Adebayo averaged 20.1 points last season and is at 11.8 through four games, hitting 3 of 18 from three-point range, including eight points on 3-of-10 shooting against Dallas. I expect that shooting to come up. Atlanta is 2-2 after a 46-36 season, and it lost last year's series to Miami three games to one. Miami won the last two meetings by 31 and 26, and I'm backing the Heat with the points tonight.
