Utah has a tendency to be underrated which explains its 4-0-1 ATS record this season and the Utes came up just short in a 23-20 loss to Stanford last week which went off with Utah being a three-point underdog. Troy Williams filled for the injured Tyler Huntley and completed 20 of 39 for 238 yards and a touchdown. The Utes also racked up 144 yards on the ground on 4.4 yards per carry. Utah won last year's meeting 31-27 in the final seconds for its second win in three years against USC. The Trojans are 0-4 ATS their last four games which included a loss at Washington State and a miracle finish in overtime against Texas as a 17-point favorite. The Trojans did blow out hapless Oregon State last week, but still didn't cover the 32.5-point line. Utah has covered the number five straight road games and the Utes are 5-1-1 ATS their last seven conference games. Utah is #21 allowing 313.2 yards per game while the Trojans are #58 (377.0 yards per game). USC has numerous injuries and laying too many points in this one. Go with Utah.
