UAB at North Texas

UAB is wrapping up another successful season as the Blazers are 8-3 in the third year of their resurrection after dropping the program for two years. The Blazers won last year's meeting 29-21 and they come off two wins against UTEP and Louisiana Tech. Dylan Hopkins threw for 185 yards and his team held Louisiana Tech to 97 yards rushing on 3.1 per carry. The UAB defense is #9 in the country in total yards allowed with opponents scoring only 18.3 points. North Texas is #91 in yards allowed while giving up 33.1 points per game. The Mean Green is 4-7 and not playing for anything and it lost its last two games and now is 1-5 ATS its last six November games. Also, North Texas is 1-8 ATS its last nine against teams with winning records. The Blazers are 19-6-1 ATS their last 26 conference games and 11-5 ATS following a win. The Mean Green is 2-10 ATS following a loss and 3-13 ATS its last 16 non-conference games and 2-6 ATS its last eight home games.
