Texas-San Antonio at North Texas

North Texas had a good run in the Sun Belt Conference, but kind of fell down for a number of years. They finally hit rock bottom and have slowly worked their way back. This is their first year in C-USA, and they have shined as they are 7-3 on the season and 5-1 in conference play, and tied for first in the West with Rice. They have a pair of winnable games in this one, and vs. Tulsa to finish 7-1 in conference with a shot at the Championship because they beat Rice to hold the tie breaker. UTSA has put together a nice three-game winning streak to even their record at 5-5. The problem that is their five wins were against teams that have a combined 15-35 record, and North Texas is simply a long way ahead of that pack. The Mean Green have had that mean streak at home where they are 6-0 ATS in their last six, and should have no trouble dispatching the Roadrunners here. North Texas covers.
