Syracuse at SMU

QB Steve Angeli tore his Achillies heel and is out for the season. Their passing game has gone from 8.4 ypa with Angeli, down to 6.4 ypa. with Collins. Collins should find some room to throw vs. SMU. The Mustangs have been awful against the pass allowing 7.9 ypa and 335 passing yards a game allowed. It's tough to cover a big number as we have here when your defense is not stopping opponents. This is the same line that Syracuse faced at Clemson, so is SMU that good? Syracuse actually won that game 34-21, so they are capeable. SMU has not beaten anyone good with their two wins coming against East Texas A&M, and Missouri St. and are failing to cover at -10 PPG. I like Syracuse.
