Oregon at Northwestern

Oregon makes its first road trip of the season after two blowout wins at home. Northwestern plays its second straight at home. After a bad opener, new QB Preston Stone was terrific in a 42-7 rout of Western Illinois. The senior came over from SMU, where he threw 33 touchdowns and seven interceptions from 2023 to 2024. The defense is the strength of the team, capable of rushing the passer with Aidan Hubbard and NFL prospect Anto Saka. Northwestern was a +28 home underdog to No. 2 Ohio State last year.
