Northwestern at Illinois

Illinois started the season strong at 3-1 which included a win over a good Cincinnati team 45-17. The wheels came off from that point on as the Fighting Illini have managed just a single win since, and that was by just four against lowly Purdue. Northwestern has really struggled after a 4-0 start as they have not won a game since. The difference is they played good teams tough - losing to Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Michigan by a combined 17 points. And the Cats had Ohio State on the ropes as well. The Wildcats are 15-4 ATS in their last 19 following a double-digit loss at home. The Illini are just 5-16 ATS in their last 21 within the conference. Northwestern gets the call in this one.
