Both teams are losing a plethora of players to the transfer portal, but both starting quarterbacks will play, including Bo Nix for Oregon and Drake Maye for North Carolina. Maye won all the ACC awards and threw for 4,115 and 35 touchdowns with seven interceptions. The Tarheels had a six-game win streak before losing their last three, including an overtime loss to N.C. State and then against Clemson in the ACC championship game. Oregon lost two of its last three games and opened the season with a 49-3 loss to Georgia. Bo Nix threw for 3,389 yards and 27 touchdowns with six interceptions after transferring from Auburn, but he will be without two of his receivers, Seven McGee and Dont'e Thornton, who entered the transfer portal. The Tarheels went UNDER four of their last five games and Oregon stayed UNDER three of its last four. North Carolina allows 31.0 points per game compared to 27.4 for the Ducks. This is a high posted total and a huge point spread for Oregon to cover with all its opt-outs plus Kenny Dillingham, the offensive coordinator, won't be there to call plays as he took the head coaching job at Arizona State. Take the points with North Carolina and the UNDER.
