SMU had to outscore Nevada 16-0 in the fourth quarter in order to pull out a 29-24 victory as a 27-point favorite. It was a tough loss for the Wolf Pack, but considering they were coming off two 2-10 seasons it was a big improvement. The defense kept the Wolf Pack in the game for three quarters and gave up just 2.9 yards per rush, which is a giant step forward after Nevada allowed 33 points per game in 2023. The UNDER is 4-0 in Nevada's past four non-conference games. The Wolf Pack averaged only 18 points per game the past two years. Troy went UNDER eight of their last 12 games last year, including seven in a row at one point. The Trojans have allowed only 17 points per game each of the past two seasons. Take the UNDER.
