Nevada at Hawaii

This is a tough trip for any team to make, and Hawaii has sure taken advantage of that over the years. It is tough to keep kids focused on the task at hand in Hawaii, as some will have never had the opportunity to come here if not for football. Over the past three seasons, Hawaii is a perfect 7-0 ATS here at home during the first-half of the season. This is a different Warriors team than years past. This one can run the ball better than they throw it, and using USC on the road as a guideline will mislead many to the result here. So far the only thing Nevada has shown is that they play good teams closer than they should, and bad teams closer than they should, giving up almost 600 yards to Northwestern State last week at home. Northwestern State ran for over 6 yards per carry, and this version of Hawaii can run the football. Hawaii covered against the Wolfpack on the road last year, and handed them their only loss of the season two years ago on the Big Island.
