NC State at Duke

North Carolina State is off to a 3-0 start, although it's not surprising, as the Wolfpack return 16 starters, and they are 16-9 straight up and 15-9 ATS under coach Dave Doeren following a season with a losing record. The Wolfpack has covered their past four conference games and their past four road games. Duke has lost to Illinois and Tulane, its two FBS opponents so far this season, and the Blue Devils are on a 0-4 ATS run while losing three of them outright. The past two meetings have gone UNDER, including Duke's 29-19 win last year, and that puts N.C. State in a revenge spot. CJ Bailey completed 23 of 32 passes for 201 yards and three TDs with no interceptions as N.C. State defeated Wake Forest 34-24. The Demon Deacons were held to 59 yards rushing on 22 carries.
