Morgan State brought in Damon Wilson this offseason specifically to rebuild a program that finished 4-8 a year ago, and a defense that already allowed nearly 27 points a game at the FCS level doesn't figure to hold up any better in a true road trip against a Big 12 opponent. Arizona State enters off an 8-4 season under Kenny Dillingham with an offense that averaged nearly 25 points a game, more than enough to move the ball against a defense still being rebuilt from the ground up. Arizona State's own defense wasn't dominant last year either, giving up 23 points a game, which leaves room for Morgan State's offense, itself capable of just over 23 points a game a year ago, to find some scores rather than getting shut out completely. A home favorite this comfortable tends to score early and keep the offense moving into the second half once the outcome is settled, and a rebuilding program on the other sideline isn't walking in with the defensive answers to change that pattern. Both sides have paths to points here, and neither defense gives much reason to expect this one to stay buried under the total. The OVER is the right side tonight.
