Marshall at Middle Tennessee State

It may be just their 4th game, but Marshall and Middle Tennessee are both 1-2 to start the season. The winner gets to .500, but the loser slips to 1-3 with their season on the brink. Marshall took a tough loss to Missouri St., and that one had to hurt. Marshall is run-oriented as they have passed for just 326 yards in their three games. This is a grind-it-out offense that has thrown the ball less than 20 times a game. Middle Tennessee is a horrible offensive team that has scored 38 points in three games and is generating less than four yards per play. I like the UNDER.
