Liberty is depending on QB Ethan Vasko, a tranfer from Coastal Carolina, to replace Kaidon Salter, who left for Colorado, and Vasko is off to a good start as the Flames beat Maine 28-7. Vasko finished 19 of 33 for 197 and three TDS with no interceptions while also totaling 63 rushing yards and a score. The Black Bears were outgained 391-316 and were outscored 21-0 in the second half. Liberty has an experienced offensive line and the Flames are deep and talented at the wide receiver position. The Flames have won eight September games in a row and they have gone UNDER six of seven in games played in week 2. They have won 17 of 20 C-USA contests. Jacksonville State comes off a 17-10 loss to Central Florida in Charles Kelly's first game as head coach for the Gamecocks, who only return six starters from last year's 9-5 squad. They were outgained 422-322 and Gavin Wimsatt was just 15 of 29 for 139 yards and no TDs with one pick for the Gamecocks, who have gone UNDER four of their past five. Liberty is 5-2 UNDER dating to last season and Jacksonville State is 6-2 UNDER as an underdog. Take Liberty and the UNDER.
