Georgia Tech at North Carolina

The North Carolina Tar Heels have given up 50 points or more in three of their last four games, resulting in four losses. All is not lost, however, as last week they gave up 50 to Notre Dame, but put up 43 on one of the best defensive teams in the country. They will face the triple-option running attack of Georgia Tech that puts up the #9 most rushing yards per contest, but that has not been the weakest point of attack against the Tar Heels. North Carolina is yielding 316 yards per game in the air, and while the run defense isn't great, they have limited opponents to 4.3 yards per carry, and have a better chance against a running team like Georgia Tech. Tech is giving up well over 5 yards per run, which may negate some of their advantage here. The Heels own a 13-4 ATS record when facing a team with a winning road record in their last 17, and are now 11-5 ATS following a loss. Go with North Carolina.
