Georgia State at Coastal Carolina

Georgia State has gone UNDER three of its four games this season, including a 28-0 shutout at Charlotte on Sept. 23. The Panthers had their next scheduled game against Memphis canceled, which gave them an extra week to recover from a 56-0 shellacking at Penn State. The Panthers are averaging only 12.7 points while allowing 24.3 and they held Charlotte to 273 total offense yards and just 2.8 yards per carry. Coastal Carolina has lost three in a row and the Chanticleers managed only 2.9 yards per carry against UL Monroe.  Tyler Keane finished 18 of 31 for 329 yards but was picked off twice.
