Delaware at Florida International

Delaware had an exciting game last week. They won their first game vs. an FBS opponent as a member of the FBS. It was an overtime thriller against a much-improved UConn team. The Blue Hens were a solid FCS team winning multiple championships, and may be under the radar here. Florida International is 2-1 with the only loss coming to Penn St., 34-0. Delaware may be feeling a little too good about itself after an emotional overtime win, which is historic. FIU did a good job holding Penn St. to 34 points. It may have made the 23.7ppg; they are allowing a lot more legit. I don't think Delaware will respond on the road. Make the play on FIU.
