Charlotte at South Florida

Charlotte brings its 1-3 record to Florida to take on the South Florida Bulls. The only opponent that Charlotte beat was Monmouth, which is in the FCS, but they gave up 410 passing yards in that game. They are averaging just 10.3 PPG against their three FBS opponents. South Florida has beaten Boise State and Florida. They held them to a combined 23 points. Their only loss was to Miami, FL. I don't think this is a game where we see the best version of South Florida. The issue on the other side is that Charlotte can't move the ball and is unlikely to score a touchdown in this game. They haven't given up more than 34 points in a game all season. I like the UNDER.
