The Buffalo Bulls made a good defensive showing at home last week vs. UConn but in the end, lost 17-3. Connecticut has no QB and a 5'8" 170 pound running back they are asking to carry the ball 25-30 times a game. This one will be very different for Buffalo. The Bulls will face the best QB they have seen this season in Tyler Bray, who has thrown for nearly 1,000 yards already, putting ten of those in the endzone and getting picked off just twice. This has come against the likes of Florida and Cincinnati, not Uconn and Stonybrook. To make matters worse for Buffalo, the Vols have had two weeks to iron out some flat spots and create some new ways to exploit opponents. The Bulls have had no recent success or feel goods vs. winning teams where they have taken the doughnut in each of their last five at 0-5 ATS. Since Jeff Quinn took over the reigns, they are 1-8 ATS after an ATS loss. The Vols are on an uptick and have only failed to cover one of their last nine games. I like the Vols here in a rout.
