Coastal Carolina and Delaware both put up gaudy scoring numbers through two weeks, averaging better than 34 points a game apiece, but look at who supplied the tackling dummies. The Chanticleers hung 45 on Fordham and Delaware put up 42 on Merrimack, two of the softer defenses either side will see all year. Today those offenses face each other instead, and that's a different problem entirely. Delaware's defense has forced takeaways at a healthy rate, and Coastal Carolina's unit already carries a positive turnover margin. I had Delaware's total OVER two weeks ago, and it stayed well under a big number in a 42-7 laugher, and I'm not fighting that same shape twice.
