Phoenix at Minnesota

Minnesota finished fourth in 2020, but the Lynx have added several new players, making them deeper than last season when they relied on small-ball lineups. Depth is not a strength of the Phoenix Mercury, who rely on basically six players, including ageless Diana Taurasi, who has been dealing with back and other injuries lately. Seven of the past eight meetings have gone UNDER, including two of three last season. It will take time for Minnesota's new additions to learn to play together, especially with limited preseason games.
