Phoenix at Dallas

Phoenix played one of its best games of the season, but still suffered a tough loss to Los Angeles, 99-93 in overtime on Friday while shooting 52.5 percent. Brittney Griner led the Mercury with 24 points and Sophie Cunningham and Diana Taurasi added 19 points apiece for Phoenix, which had won its previous game 90-81 over Minnesota. The Mercury won and covered the last two meetings with Dallas last season and that was without Griner. The Wings have lost their past two games and both went UNDER by an average of 16 points, including a 80-74 defeat at Connecticut on Sunday. Dallas has shot just 35.5 percent its past two games.
