Many will be surprised to see the Tulsa Shock favored in this one. This will mark the first time all season that they have been posted as a favorite in a game. The new role is coming on the heels of finally winning their their first game of the season their last time out in a 16-point verdict over Phoenix. The Shock have played under the radar despite the 1-5 record on the season. Tulsa is +25 points ATS on the season. Much was expected of the Liberty, with the addition of double-double machine Tina Charles, but the team has yet to find itself, as the team chemistry has simply not worked itself out yet. The Liberty are off a win, but that has not been a good thing as this team has gone 36 straight games without posting consecutive wins - more than an entire WNBA season! It has left them at 0-8 ATS in their last eight when following a win. On the other hand, the Shock are now 12-4 ATS when following a win in their last 16. Back the favorite in their new role and go with Tulsa.
