Minnesota at Connecticut

I had New York catching plenty of points on the road against this same Minnesota team two nights ago, and the Liberty won outright by a dozen. That capped a stretch where the Lynx have now dropped three straight, a rare cold spell for a team that clinched its playoff spot weeks ago and has looked checked out on defense since. Connecticut is 10-31 and walks into this one without Brittney Griner, and the Sun's offense is already the league's least productive, scoring under 79 a night, so nobody's arguing this is a competitive game on paper. But this number is asking a lot of a Minnesota team that just got run off its own floor by a Liberty club it should have handled, and the sharp money in this market is already sitting on Connecticut's side. I don't need the Sun to hang around into the fourth quarter, I just need Minnesota to keep playing like it has all week. Connecticut is the right side on the spread this afternoon.
