Las Vegas at New York

Las Vegas suffered a letdown after cruising through the first two games of the WNBA Finals and not only lost 87-73, but also suffered a key injury as Chelsea Gray limped off the floor with a foot injury. Gray averages 15.2 points and 7.3 assists and she was the 2022 Finals MVP and she shoots 89.7 percent from the free-throw line while playing 32.2 minutes this season. New York held the Aces to 33 percent shooting while shooting 52 percent itself and hitting 13 of 30 from 3-point range. Jonquel Jones scored 27 points and grabbed eight rebounds for New York.  The Liberty are 41-8 straight-up this season including 17-6 vs. winning teams and 14-5 vs. good shooting teams like Las Vegas (those making 44%+ from the field). The Aces are now just 2-5 this season on the road vs. Eastern Conference teams. Compare that to New York's 13-5 mark vs. Western Conference teams. I liked New York ATS at the small opening number but given where this line sits now, take the Liberty on the moneyline.
