Connecticut at Washington

The Connecticut Sun has flavored-up the roster with a lot of UConn players, as they have five. That certainly helps sell tickets at home, and add to the level of play. It hasn't, however, added anything on the road where the Sun were a poor 5-12 a year ago and dropped their lone road game on the season this year. Washington has capable scorers to matchup with Langhorne, Ajavon and Anosike all averaging 17+ points per game in the early going. The Mystics are also getting support off the glass. For the Sun, Tina Charles, who was a double-double machine a year ago, has not collected more than 8 boards in any game, and doesn't appear to be playing with the same fire. Take Washington in this one.
