Tonight's ticket leans on two of the more lopsided favorites the WNBA slate offers, and combining them turns two prices nobody wants to lay alone into a number that's actually playable. Atlanta looks to right itself after dropping three straight for the first time all season, and Washington is the wrong team to pick that fight with. The Mystics just reached .500 with a wild quadruple-overtime escape against Portland, but a one-off like that is nothing to build confidence on the very next game. Atlanta still owns the East's best record and beat Washington by 32 points back in June behind Angel Reese's rebounding and Rhyne Howard's scoring punch, and the top-five defense travels fine into a get-right spot. Sharp money is already lining up on the Dream tonight, which tells me the professional read matches mine. Dallas carries the league's most dangerous backcourt into Hartford, with Paige Bueckers and Arike Ogunbowale capable of putting a game away by themselves, and the Wings have made a habit this year of erasing big deficits instead of folding into them. Connecticut sits at the bottom of the East with the league's worst offense. The Sun snapped a home losing streak last week, but a 29-point win over one of the WNBA's worst teams doesn't move the needle against a club playing well above .500. This is about as safe a moneyline lean as the board offers. Combine the Dream (-270) and the Wings (-285) into a two-team parlay, and you're asking two favorites who should be favorites to simply win outright — no cover, no number to sweat.
