Las Vegas Aces vs Washington Mystics Point Spread Picks

The Aces are playing a back-to-back after their blowout win over Connecticut last night. Washington has won two straight and four of six following its huge 68-64 victory over Minnesota as an 8.5-point underdog. The Aces have gone OVER four of its past six home games against the Mystics. Las Vegas has sailed OVER four straight Thursday games and Washington is 5-1 OVER on Thursday. The Aces have lost five of eight outright as they still are adjusting to some new personnel and the loss of Kelsey Plum to the Sparks. Washington played much better on the defensive end than in its opening loss to Connecticut, but the Mystics still came up short as they were defeated 76-74 against Golden State, which was held to 23-for-72 from the field, 7-for-36 on 3-point tries, and it went UNDER by 12.5 points. Las Vegas bounced back from a 14-point loss to New York to beat the Sun 87-62, and it stayed UNDER by seven points. The Aces have gone UNDER 12 of their past 16 games and four of their past five against Washington, which has covered four of five meetings. Las Vegas shot just 39 percent against Connecticut, but went 10-for-26 from beyond the arc. The Aces were helped by the lousy shooting by the Sun, which missed 14 of 17 3s.
