Dallas Wings vs Las Vegas Aces

Las Vegas still can gain the No. 3 seed in the playoffs in the very unlikely event that Connecticut loses to Chicago earlier tonight, but the Aces undoubtedly will use this game mostly as a tuneup for the postseason and they could rest some starters. Dallas has covered its past two games and lost a shootout to Indiana 110-109 on Sunday. Three players scored at least 26 points for the Wings, who shot 57 percent against the Fever. The Wings are 11-4 ATS playing with at least three days rest and Las Vegas is 2-6 ATS its past eight games against teams with losing records. Las Vegas plays its third consecutive road contest. They're a big favorite but haven't been playing well, losing four of the last six. They come off a 77-75 win at Chicago as a 9.5-point favorite and are ranked last in the WNBA in offensive rebounding. They shot 38.3% and got outrebounded, including giving up 15 offensive boards. Las Vegas is 10-19 ATS as a favorite. Dallas is second in offensive rebounding, plus fifth in field goal shooting and from the free throw line (77.9%). Dallas is getting way too many points against Las Vegas, which is only 8-11 ATS this season and the Aces come off a 98-93 overtime loss at Los Angeles as a 13-point favorite. This gives the Wings a scheduling advantage against the tired Aces and Dallas defeated Atlanta 85-82 on Friday even though the Dream shot 56 percent. Defending champion Las Vegas has been overvalued by oddsmakers starting 2-4 ATS. They were an 8-point favorite in the last game at Atlanta and lost straight up, 78-74. This is the end of a three-game road trip and the team is seventh in the 12-team WNBA in shooting (42%) and in points allowed. Dallas has had two days of rest following a five-game trek that included two wins at Phoenix and Los Angeles as underdogs. Dallas is 20-9 ATS after allowing 80+ points and 27-13 ATS after a defeat. They're 5-2 ATS on the season and rank third in the league in field goal shooting (45%), fifth from long range (33.3%), and third from the free-throw line (82.8%). Las Vegas led the WNBA in wins, shooting (48.6%), and turnover margin, plus was second in 3-point shooting. Dallas has home court for Game 3 but was just 11-9 straight up at home this season.
