Chelsea has home field for this FA Cup, but it has key players out while on a 1-1-1 run, losing 1-0 to Manchester City along with a 1-1 DRAW against Brighton & Hove Albion. Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy isn't available while prepping for the AFCON final with Senegal. Also, injured left-back Ben Chilwell, right-back Reece James, and midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek are all out. Plymouth Argyle is in seventh place in the 24-team English League One standings and is playing well, including winning three straight FA Cup matches. They're also 7-3-5 in their last 15 road FA Cup games, including a 0-0 DRAW at Liverpool, a team currently just one point above Chelsea in the Premier League standings. Play the DRAW.
